Because we are under the pandemic, all shipping companies take longer to deliver than usual. We had more than a few cases that fish arrive late when using Standard shipping. Winter is here so there is a higher chance that your fish will DOA (heatpad only lasts 72 hours)
Unlike any other years, this year we have decided to remove some States that are having bad weather condition, such as temperature below 40F, snowing or storming. This is just temporary until the weather gets warmer. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
