BEFORE DECIDING TO PURCHASE LIVE FISH:
IF YOUR AREA’S TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 40F OR ABOVE 105F, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE WEATHER GETS MORE STABLE TO PURCHASE. HEAT PADS OR ICE PADS WILL NOT HELP MUCH BASED ON SOME BAD EXPERIENCES.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY BASIC KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AQUARIUM HOBBY, SUCH AS HOW TO DECHLORINATE TAP WATER, HOW WATER WORKS, HOW TO USE A HEATER, HOW TO USE AN AQUARIUM LIGHT, ETC…PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH OR MESSAGE US TO GET MORE INFORMATION. NOBODY WANTS TO BUY A FISH AND IT DIES IN LESS THAN 10 MINS RIGHT? HAVING A FISH TANK READY AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AHEAD IS RECOMMENDED.

 

 

SHIPPING & RETURN:
1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

2. IF WE ACCIDENTLY SHIP A DIFFERENT FISH FROM THE ORIGINAL LISTING, YOU CAN KEEP THE FISH AND WE WILL REFUND THE PRICE OF THE FISH ONLY.

3. SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. SHIPPING METHODS:

USPS EXPRESS MAIL: OVERNIGHT ARRIVAL, IN SOME CASES IT MIGHT TAKE 2 DAYS. THIS WILL BE $53 FLAT FOR EVERYWHERE WITHIN THE US. (HEAT PAD INCLUDED IF NEEDED)
USPS PRIORITY MAIL: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS, 4 - 5 DAY ARRIVAL IS RARE IF BAD WEATHER OCCURRED. THIS WILL BE $15 FOR EVERYWHERE IN THE US.
- STARTING ON THE 4th WEEK OF OCTOBER UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF MARCH, ALL LIVE FISH WILL REQUIRE HEAT PADS (SHIPPING RATE WILL BE $17 FOR UP TO 2 FISH ONLY BECAUSE HEAT PAD TAKES MORE SPACE AND WEIGHT)
- IF YOU ORDER 3 - 5 FISH AT A TIME, SHIPPING COST WILL BE $20 (HEAT PAD INCLUDED)

5. SHIPPING DATES ARE: MONDAY AFTERNOON PACIFIC TIME (YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL/TEXT AFTER WE SHIP IT OUT)

TUESDAYS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS.

- IF YOUR ORDER COMES IN AFTER 2PM ON MONDAY, WE WILL HOLD YOUR FISH AND SHIP THEM OUT ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

- SHIPPING SPEED IS NOT GUARANTEE DUE TO COVID-19 BUT WE HAVE VERY FEW RARE CASES THAT COME LATE. MOST PACKAGES COME WITHIN 1 - 3 DAYS DEPEND ON WHICH ZONES YOU'RE AT.

- NOTE: PLEASE TAKE A LOOK CAREFULLY AT CHECK OUT TO PICK THE RIGHT SHIPPING METHODS FOR YOUR ORDERS. WE WILL ALWAYS CONFIRM IT BEFORE SHIPPING OUT. YOUR ORDERS WILL BE DELAYED IF WE HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO THE RIGHT SHIPPING METHODS.

7. SORRY WE ONLY SHIP LIVE FISH WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, EXCEPT HAWAII, ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO. MERCHANDISES ARE OK.

 

 

DOA POLICY:
1. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE AT HOME ON THE EXPECTING DELIVERY DAY.

2. PLEASE TAKE CLEAR PHOTOS OF DEAD FISH IN THEIR ORIGINAL UN-OPENED BAGS, WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL. WE WILL CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO SEE THE EXACT TIME USPS DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTION!

3. WHEN DEAD FISH’S PHOTOS ARE VERIFIED, YOU WILL HAVE 2 OPTIONS: 
- REFUND OF FISH PRICE ONLY (SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE
- OR REPLACE WITH ANOTHER FISH WITH SAME VALUE (BUYERS PAY FOR SHIPPING)

4. FAILURE TO SEND CLEAR PHOTOS WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING FISH WILL NOT GET YOU ANY REFUND BACK. WE ARE SORRY BUT IF YOU LEAVE YOUR FISH OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT OR COLD FOR HOURS OR DAYS, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DEAD FISH. IT IS COMMON SENSE.
